Helpful Harvest: Teaching Gratitude

Happy Thursday! Jivey here, bringing you some tips to help students realize all they have to be thankful for!
It seems we hear more and more lately, "people aren't grateful." Well, instead of only complaining talking about it, we are blessed as teachers to be able to DO something about it! We can show our students the importance of gratitude... and it doesn't have to be limited to November!

Here are some quick and easy things you can do this month (or any time) to remind students to be thankful.

Matt from Digital Divide and Conquer has a great {FREE} poster set that you can display to get the ball rolling in your classroom!
And here are a few ways to get your students thinking... after all, we can't really "make" students be thankful, but we can make them more aware of what goes on every day that we hope they'll be grateful for!

I hope these ideas help you work on reminding students to be thankful! For even more ideas from The Primary Peach, be sure to follow us on Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook to catch all the latest news and updates!
